Ÿ Provides administrative direction for the operation of medical departments and services. Implements policies and procedures, and participates in strategic and operational decision-making. Directs, coordinates, and oversees the administration of all clinical personnel and associated support staff.
- To effectively coordinate the recruitment process of Medical & Paramedical personnel in association with Human Resources department.
- To conduct and facilitate organisation, department orientation to all new recruits of all categories JR. Consultants, Medical Officers and Ward Doctors.
- Is responsible for the overall functioning of the Medical Records Department.
- Implements policies and objectives consistent with those of the organization mission to ensure efficient operation of individual operating medical department/services**.**
- Implements, and evaluates all clinical care services provided by the unit, as well as all associated administrative operations and activities.
- Reviews, establishes, and maintains patient care protocol and standards, ensuring that all regulations, and guidelines for patient care are met.
- Establishes and coordinates quality management service and monitors the functioning of medical committees.
- Participate in the staffing of the department / services, recruitment, training and performance management system.
- Work collaboratively with medical department/services co-ordinators in delivering and encouraging implementation of policies to improve utilization of hospital services.
- Participate in performance review and assessment of Medical Officers and Ward Doctors
- Coordination of different speciality in providing the medical expertise to improve medical management of patients.
- Co-ordinates with operational / functional Heads with respect to issues connecting with the day-to-day operations of the hospital services.
- To play an active role in all quality initiatives.
- To ensure adherence to service rules and discipline amongst medical & Paramedical staff.
- To assist CMS in medical operation.
- Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the CMS and Management.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
