Partner - Cooperate Strategy

**Purpose of the role -**
The Customer Strategy expert will be responsible for providing actionable and meaningful data-driven insights that represent the voice of RateGain clients. You will collaborate across Product Development, Customer Success, Sales and Engineering teams to discuss customer insights that help to improve product definition and drive business goals.
- The resource will be responsible for working closely with Organizational Development Leader on important project and deliverables including NPS/OKR framework, Corporate Strategy, Client and Employee Experience.
- The position requires a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company.
**Responsibilities**
- Execution should be your key strength. You should manage internal organizational growth frameworks like NPS and OKR in a structured manner. These initiatives are run out of CHRO’s office and will provide great visibility on how the organizational framework is set up.
- You should be proactive and take initiatives in making current process better.
- You should be a self-starter and produce quality work. Your ability should be to work unsupervised.
- You are expected to connect with senior leadership to ensure execution of internal projects and feel confident to speak with C level talent internally and externally to seek feedback.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date project status / reports to all stakeholders in a timely manner
**Competencies**
- Excellent in presentation, written, & verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills to manage agreed deliverables.
- Should be strong in problem solving, project coordination, analytical skills and thinking the out of box.
- Should have proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and MS SharePoint
- Preferred Experience with surveys tools like Qualtrics and various Employee Surveys
