**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Convert design mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible HTML pages.
- Write clean, well-structured HTML and CSS code for responsive web pages.
- Implement interactive elements and animations using jQuery.
- Optimize web pages for performance and load speed.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure the seamless integration of front-end elements.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web pages across different browsers and devices.
- Ensure web pages comply with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure effective presentation of textual and multimedia content.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and bugs as they arise.
- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HTML Designer or Front-End Developer.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- Proficiency in responsive web design and mobile-first development principles.
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less) and build tools (e.g., Gulp, Webpack).
- Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to address them.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual design and layout.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹108,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
