Report and assist to (Admin Manager)
- Managing & Performing overall administrative activities for the office.
- Remaining responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment.
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned including supporting corporate compliance team as needed.
- Maintain working relationships and communicates with all departments
- Resolves visitor problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously
- Outside field work as per requirement.
- Support and Coordinate all the work for hr and admin
- Collect the quotations for the related work and submit compare report
- Day to day housekeeping monitoring, scheduling,
- Day to day security / gate monitoring
- Monitoring civil work, plumbing work and maintenance related work as per requirement.
- Any other work as per senior.
