**Job Description: Cardiac Technology Tutor**

**Position Overview**:The Cardiac Technology Tutor is responsible for providing comprehensive educational support and guidance to students pursuing a career in cardiac technology. This role involves creating and delivering effective instructional materials, conducting hands-on training, assessing student performance, and fostering a positive learning environment. The Cardiac Technology Tutor plays a crucial role in equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to excel in the field of cardiac technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:Develop, update, and refine curriculum materials for cardiac technology courses based on industry trends and best practices.
Create lesson plans, presentations, and educational resources that align with the learning objectives of each course.

**Instructional Delivery**:Deliver engaging lectures and interactive sessions to students, utilizing various teaching methods and technologies.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.

**Hands-on Training**:Organize and oversee practical training sessions, including the operation of cardiac equipment and simulation exercises.
Guide students through hands-on activities to ensure a clear understanding of procedures and techniques.

**Assessment and Feedback**:Design assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student understanding and skill mastery.
Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments, projects, and assessments to help students improve their performance.

**Individualized Support**:Offer one-on-one tutoring and mentoring to students who require additional assistance.
Identify struggling students and implement strategies to address their learning needs.

**Professional Development**:Stay updated on advancements in cardiac technology, medical procedures, and educational methodologies.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with other educators, industry professionals, and administrators to enhance the quality of the educational program.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum planning discussions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Cardiology, Nursing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, Registered Cardiac Sonographer) strongly desired.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in the field of cardiac technology or a related medical field.

**Salary**: ₹15,600.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
