**Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control**:Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures to ensure product specifications are met.

Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products.
Collaborate with the QC team to maintain high-quality standards.
- **Production Support**:Work closely with the production team to understand manufacturing processes.

Assist in optimizing production efficiency and troubleshooting issues.
Participate in the development and improvement of production protocols.
- **Data Analysis**:Collect and analyze data related to product quality and production processes.

Generate reports to communicate findings and recommend improvements.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Support in maintaining documentation for quality and production processes.

**Qualifications**:

- BSc or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant software tools and analytical instruments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
