**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers in Nepali and Hindi
- Promote our top-notch products/services and highlight their benefits
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support
- Maintain accurate records and update the customer database
- Achieve individual and team targets to drive our growth

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Nepali or Hindi languages
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others
- Previous telesales or customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Basic computer skills and a quick learner
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
