**_ This position is responsible but not limited to managing complex loan functions related to the processing of Commercial Lending, Syndications, Real Estate Construction and Asset Based Financing_**

**_
- **
**_ Responsibilities_**:**_ _**
- **_Review and Approve the Collateral updates in sub ledger_**

**_ _**
- **_Review and Approve Loan Disbursements for Bilateral & Syndicated Deals_**

**_ _**
- **_Approving settlements with Investors/Syndications _**
- **_Responsible for approving all two-touch transactions i.e., Reversals, Rate change etc. _**
- **_Following up with Risk/Customer/Agent for timely clearance of pending items_**

**_ _**
- **_Ensuring all the cash activities in sub ledger are _**_in sync with bank activities_**

**_ _**
- **_Analyze and Monitor various Metrics reports to control income and reporting leakages_**

**_ _**
- **_Handling on floor queries from Loan Analyst and _**_provide assistance_**

**_ _**
- **_Plan and manage all the daily activities to meet the process Service level agreements_**

**_ _**
- **_Ensuring adherence to standard operating guidelines to meet regulatory framework_**

**_ _**
- **_Maintain relationship and collaborate with various functions in operations_**

**_ _**
- **_Train and groom team members on new products_**

**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**_Minimum Qualifications_**_ _**
- **_Relevant years of experience in a key role in the company. _**
- **_Postgraduate/ Graduate_**

**_ _**
- _Good communication_and inter-personal skills_

- **_Good knowledge of Banking Financial Services_**

**_ _**
- **_Enthusiastic team approach and _**_good time management skills _**

**_ _**_Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_**_ _**
- **_Competency in Finance/Accounting_**

- **_Good Comprehension skills_**
