responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide direct care to patients, following the care plan developed by healthcare professionals such as doctors or registered nurses. This may involve assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing, as well as monitoring vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.

Medication Administration: Administer medications to patients as prescribed by their healthcare providers. This includes ensuring the correct dosage and timing of medications and keeping track of medication schedules.

Mobility Assistance: Help patients with mobility issues, such as those who are elderly, disabled, or recovering from surgery. This may involve assisting with transferring, walking, using mobility aids, and maintaining a safe environment.

Nutritional Support: Assist patients with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring their dietary needs. This may include following specific dietary restrictions or guidelines provided by healthcare professionals.

Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive and caring environment. Engage in conversation, actively listen, and offer reassurance to patients and their families.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, changes in condition, and any incidents or observations. Report any significant changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

Communication: Collaborate and communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team. This includes relaying important information, receiving instructions, and reporting any changes or issues that arise during the care process.

Home Management: Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to the patient's needs, such as tidying up the patient's living area, doing laundry, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Safety Measures: Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures to prevent accidents, injuries, and the spread of infections. This may include proper hand hygiene, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
