Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children's activities and ensure their safety at all times
- Prepare and serve healthy snacks and meals
- Help with homework and educational activities
- Organize indoor/outdoor activities and creative play
- Follow established routines for meals, naps, and bedtime
- Maintain cleanliness of play areas and children's spaces
- Change diapers and assist with toilet training (if applicable)
- Communicate effectively with parents about daily activities and any concerns
- Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent situations

Required Qualifications
- Previous childcare experience
- Clean background check and references
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry children
