**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients.
- Promote products/services emphasizing on their unique selling points and handle inquiries of the customers.
- Generate leads through calls and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve call volume and conversion targets.
- Conduct surveys to gather customer feedback, preferences, and opinions, providing valuable insights to the company.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in communication, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
- Basic computer skills and data entry.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented capable of working independently or as part of a team to achieve call volume and conversion targets.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
