**Job Description**:
**IMPORT OPERATION PROCESS WORKFLOW**:
**à Forwarders Handling**:

- Buyer Coordination for the Import Requirement
- RFQ Documents verification(Incoterm & weight & Dimensions & Supplier details)
- Get the Quote from different Forwarders and negotiation processes.
- Freight forwarder Finalisation based on AIR/SEA mode.
- Approval follows up & Shipment execution.
- Shipment in transit follow-up and documents verification (Original BL/AWB)
- Shipment tracking through ICRGATE (IGM process)
- Shipment arrival notice follow-up from forwarder.

**à CHA handling**:

- Forwarder & CHA follow-up coordination for shipment Port movement.
- Coordinate the Clearance process with CHA.
- Checklist approval and shipment filling follow-up with ICEGATE.
- Following CHA for Bill of Entry(BOE) filing process.
- Doing the Import Duty payment process without delay.

**à Transportation Handling**:

- Transporter arrangements for shipment movement from Port
- Delivery follow-up with the transporter.
- Shipment delivered follow-up & Import shipment tacker updation.

**PAYMENT PROCESS HANDLING**
- Payment request creation
- PO creation follow-up.
- Import Bills follow up with Forwarders and CHA & Transport team.
- Service entry creation
- Service entry approval follow-up.
- Hard copy Service entry bills submission to the Finance team
- Payment follow-up finance team
- Payment completion advice sharing to Forwarders and CHA & Transport team.
