Position Overview

logistics coordinator WHO WILL PLAY A KEY ROLE

IN COORDINATING SHIPMENTS to customers located in several countries across the

world.

Key responsibility will be to prepare shipping documents, schedule shipments, and

coordinate with internal and external teams to move products from our warehouse in the

US to our customer’s manufacturing facilities located all over the world. This role is vital

in ensuring shipments are executed timely and correctly.

Core Responsibilities

Generate and send pick lists to the warehouse team located in the US

Create invoices and packing slips using our ERP system Sage and a 3 rd party software

called Crystal Reports

Schedule parcel and freight shipments with carriers using either software (such as UPS

Worldship and Fedex Ship Manager) or booking via their websites.

Create SILs and BOLs as required

Create ITNs as required for parcel shipments over $2500

Ensure that all shipping documents are 100% accurate

Respond to inquiries from Customs Brokers as needed

Maintain our records for customer invoice and shipping requirements

Ability to work in simple MRP/ERP software, Microsoft Excel and Outlook via a

computer system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
