**Job Responsibilities:
- Daily, weekly and monthly controls reporting. Creation of MIS and Governance material including analysis and cleansing. Support the implementation of Control Framework. Creation of reference data including maintenance and cleansing
- Implement progress through effective escalation of issues and concerns. Partner closely and effectively with teams across various locations to deliver high quality data
- Develop strong understanding of UT Oversight and Governance model. Ability to effectively lead and participate in meetings, agree and record actions and follow up accordingly
- Maintain and enhance consistent and timely reporting and metrics. Involvement and delivery of other key global, strategic initiatives, as required. Proactively identify and resolve barriers, risks and interdependencies
- Identify and communicate control gaps, risks, and proposed improvements. Implement progress through effective escalation of issues and concerns. Ownership of MIS. Create consistent MIS and ad-hoc requests to support the project delivery ensuring the process is streamlined and efficient
- Support ad-hoc MIS requests to support businesses and the program manager (for use in various presentation and scorecards). Perform/Coordinate post implementation validation and signoff. Able to work comfortably & confidently under pressure and aggressive deadlines
- Lead and sustain the team through demonstration of the expectations and capabilities that continues to meet the business demands, regulatory challenges, adaptable to change and growth while driving efficiencies

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Strong analytical with good problem-solving skills. Good communication skills to be able to manage and respond to stakeholder queries across the globe. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with teams across various locations
- Function effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and should be able to prioritize one's own work to achieve them. Flexibility to work global hours. Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to multi-task, identify high priority deliverables and excellent execution style. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Ability to think outside of the box and identify creative and strategic solutions
- Process improvement experience. Operational excellence. Ability to deliver high quality work within strict deadlines. Ability to analyse complex information and extract required information. Effective time management
- Knowledge in intelligent solutions tools such as Alteryx & Tableau is a plus

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Any Bachelor degree with 9+ years of financial services work experience
- Previous experience in Controls would be preferred
- Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Confident communicating with and influencing stakeholders where appropriate
