Site Superintendent

**Project Planning and Coordination**: Coordinating with the project manager and design team to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- **Site Management**: Overseeing all aspects of the project on-site, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- **Contractor Management**: Managing contractors, subcontractors, and other vendors on-site to ensure that work is completed according to specifications and on schedule.
- **Materials Management**: Ordering and managing materials required for the project, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- **Quality Control**: Conducting regular inspections to ensure that work is completed to the required standard and specifications.
- **Client Communication**: Acting as the main point of contact for the client on-site, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
- **Problem Solving**: Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the project, such as delays, budget overruns, or design changes.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including photographs, reports, and correspondence.
- **Team Leadership**: Providing leadership and guidance to the on-site team, including contractors, subcontractors, and other staff, to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively.

**Salary**: ₹14,439.17 - ₹20,785.48 per month
