**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**KEY PURPOSE**

Floor Controller is responsible for work assignment to technicians on shop floor depending upon the skill inventory for the day.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Explaining technical bulletins to technicians.
- Job allocation to technicians, floor scheduling.
- Parts & consumables requisition.
- Work time monitoring & adherence.
- Focus on repeat repair RO.
- Proactive work time / cost change info to SA.
- Monitor and return unused spares to spare store.
- Housekeeping of shop floor.
- Adherence to RQ, PQ & SOPs.
- Equipments & tools calibration.
- Upkeep of shop floor visual displays.
- Warranty parts handover to warranty executive with proper tagging.

Managerial

SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- Technical, use of special tools, equipment’s & diagnostic tools.
- Administrative.
- Coordination with SA, QC & parts dept.
- Good PR.
- DMS usage.
- Kaizen on shop floor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
