**Tender Cum Costing Executive**

**Job Responsibilities of Costing Executive**

(i) Understanding client need
(ii) Reverting to Sales/Client costing
(iii) Sharing quotation with the clients
(iv) Regular follow up with the client
(v) Get minimum prescribed profit margin from an account

(vi) Prepare Costing MIS

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Experience in tender management and Paper Printing Cost analysis or a similar role, preferably in the Paper Printing Industry. Strong understanding of tendering processes, regulations, and documentation requirements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MIS

Job Summary:
As a Costing Executive in the paper industry, your primary responsibility is to analyze and monitor costs associated with the manufacturing process of paper products. You will be tasked with gathering data, conducting cost analysis, identifying areas for cost reduction, and providing insights to optimize the company's profitability while maintaining quality standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Cost Analysis: Analyze production costs including raw materials, labor, overhead, and other expenses involved in the manufacturing process of paper products.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by providing accurate cost data and insights into cost trends and variances.

Cost Reduction Strategies: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the production process through analysis and collaboration with relevant departments.

Product Costing: Calculate the cost of manufacturing different paper products, considering factors such as material usage, production time, and overhead expenses.

Variance Analysis: Investigate and analyze variances between actual costs and budgeted/standard costs, and provide explanations for any discrepancies.

Cost Allocation: Ensure accurate allocation of costs to products or departments, and maintain proper documentation for cost allocation methods used.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production costs, cost-saving initiatives, and other relevant metrics for management review.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve costing processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies in all cost-related activities.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.

Proven experience in cost accounting or financial analysis, preferably in the paper or manufacturing industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
