**Mobility is the goal**:

- Overall Responsibility of the region for driving high-rise business
- Identifying opportunities of engaging with the clients in early stages of projects and supporting them with right solutions through traffic analysis and consultative approach
- Engaging with customers in early stages if the projects to identify opportunities for Achieving annual budget of high-rise product-line with right stakeholders - Managing opportunities and closing high value projects
- Meeting key influencers such as Vertical Transportation consultant, architects, and Project management consultant for pushing Schindler favoured specs
- Sales Funnel Update (CRM Tool), Accurate Forecast, Strong customer connect, Traffic Analysis, Competition Intelligence (Sweet/ Sour Spot), Pro-active communication to customer and internal, Budgetary offers, FF Cost, EI Cost, Order booking, Contract Signing & Payment

**Mobility needs you****:
Expertise: Desired experience in similar role for minimum 10+ years

Knowlege & Skills : Internal & External Customer Management, Presentation Skills, Team player and must have ability to work with / influence senior management, Process and results focused, seeks practical solutions, and has high result orientation, IT skills (Excel, Power Point)
