**Responsibilities**:

- **Reservation Management**:

- Handle reservations, inquiries, and bookings for resort accommodations.
- Utilize reservation systems to input and manage guest information accurately.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, special requests, and concerns.
- Address and resolve any issues related to reservations promptly.
- **Communication**:

- Provide clear and detailed information about resort facilities, services, and policies.
- **Booking Administration**:

- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy in room assignments, rates, and guest details.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**:

- Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences for guests.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote special packages and offers.
- **Revenue Management**:

- Monitor room availability and implement strategies to maximize resort revenue.
- Provide input on pricing strategies based on market demand and competition.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of reservations and guest information.
- Generate reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**:

- Identify opportunities for upselling room upgrades, additional services, and amenities.
- Promote resort activities and packages to enhance the guest experience.
- **Guest Relations**:

- Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and positive reviews.
- Address guest feedback and implement improvements based on suggestions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in hotel or resort reservation management is preferred.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and software.
- **Customer Service Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of reservations.
- Attention to detail in recording and maintaining accurate guest information.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Ability to upsell and cross-sell resort services and packages.
- Knowledge of effective sales techniques in a hospitality setting.
- **Adaptability**:

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- **Computer Proficiency**:

- Proficient in using reservation systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Ability to work collaboratively with other resort departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
