**Hotel/Canteen Supervisor**
**Experience**: 3 Years
**Location**: Kalyan
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel/canteen, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery.
- Schedule and supervise staff to maintain efficient workflow and optimal service levels.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel/canteen premises, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule and oversee repairs and maintenance activities as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies and ingredients in a timely manner.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold quality standards and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments such as human resources or marketing to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce safety and hygiene protocols in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, including sales, expenses, and customer feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a supervisor or manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or canteen setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
**Salary**: Up to ₹707,357.98 per year
