**Job Description: Receptionist.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Greet and Welcome Patients**:
- Warmly welcome patients and visitors upon arrival.
- Provide information about the clinic's services and answer initial inquiries.
**Manage Appointments**:
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain an organized appointment calendar for practitioners.
**Handle Communications**:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
**Patient Records Management**:
- Register new patients and update existing patient information.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
**Billing and Payments**:
- Process patient payments and provide receipts.
- Assist with insurance claims and billing inquiries as needed.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist practitioners with administrative tasks.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
**Maintain Reception Area**:
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized.
- Display informational brochures and maintain a welcoming environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent diploma required.
- Additional certification in office administration is a plus.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service.
- Experience in a medical or wellness setting is preferred.
**Skills**:
- Good communication skills. (English mandatory)
- Proficient in Microsoft. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with scheduling and medical record software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism and empathy.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
