**Curriculum Development**: Design, develop, and update training curricula for general duty attendants based on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare or eldercare.
- **Instructional Delivery**: Facilitate training sessions using a variety of instructional methods, such as lectures, demonstrations, role-plays, case studies, and hands-on exercises, to engage trainees and reinforce learning.
- **Clinical Skills Training**: Provide hands-on instruction in essential clinical skills, including but not limited to patient hygiene, mobility assistance, vital signs monitoring, infection control, basic wound care, and emergency procedures.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Teach effective communication techniques and interpersonal skills to enable trainees to interact respectfully and empathetically with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- **Ethical and Professional Conduct**: Instill ethical values and professional conduct standards in trainees, emphasizing principles such as confidentiality, respect for diversity, dignity, and the rights of patients or residents.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Educate trainees on safety protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory compliance requirements applicable to their role as general duty attendants in healthcare or eldercare settings.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Train trainees in accurate and timely documentation practices, including charting observations, recording interventions, and reporting changes in patient condition to supervisory staff.
- **Cultural Sensitivity and Diversity Training**: Promote cultural competence and sensitivity among trainees, fostering an inclusive and respectful environment that values diversity and addresses the unique needs of diverse patient populations.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Assess trainees' performance and progress through written exams, practical skills assessments, and simulated scenarios. Provide constructive feedback and support remediation efforts as needed.
- **Continuing Education**: Encourage ongoing professional development and lifelong learning among trainees by providing resources, referrals, and guidance on further education and certification opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
