**Job Description**:
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for aesthetics and cosmetic procedures? We are seeking a Female Graduate to join our team as an Aesthetic Clinic Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of our aesthetic clinic operations to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule appointments for aesthetic procedures, consultations, and follow-up visits.
- Greet patients and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience upon arrival at the clinic.
- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and obtaining consent forms as required.
- Liaise with medical staff and assist in preparing treatment rooms and equipment for procedures.
- Educate patients about available aesthetic treatments, procedures, and aftercare instructions.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure adequate inventory of clinic supplies and materials.
- Handle billing and payment processing for aesthetic services rendered.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients and retain existing ones.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Proven experience in handling and coordinating aesthetic or cosmetic procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with patients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a medical or aesthetic clinic setting is preferred.
