**Job Title**: Telecalling Executive

**Location**: Delhi Gate, Surat

**Salary**: INR 10,000 - 12,000 per month (for Freshers)

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Telecalling Executives at our Delhi Gate location in Surat. The role primarily involves making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with information about our products/services, as well as handling incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide information about our products/services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to effectively pitch relevant products/services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries or concerns promptly and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a database of customer information, call logs, and interactions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through outbound calling campaigns.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or Gujarati. Proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
- Pleasant and engaging personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Good listening and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets within specified deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

**Note**: This is an entry-level position with opportunities for career growth and advancement within the organization. Comprehensive training will be provided to freshers to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role.
