We're urgently hiring **Admin Executive** for **Mumbai** Location.
**Experience required : +7 years**
**Salary : INR 3.5 lpa to 4.5 lpa**
**Location : Andheri Mumbai**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Travel Desk Management (Hotel and Travel Booking).
- Travel Cost Control Arranging events Vendor Management Facilities management (Repair and maintenance, AMC )
- Giving inputs in all invoices related to admin and utility Bills Supervision of Housekeeping staff Cafeteria/Pantry Management
- Asset Management Ownership of the Day to day administration, including reports generation of the stocks tracker.
**Requirements,**
- Desired Skills and Experience: Graduate with minimum 3 years of work experience in Office Administration
- Excellent verbal ( English & Hindi) and written communications skills Solid organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and an aptitude for handling multiple projects simultaneously
Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
