JD of Production Merchandiser

1. **Production Planning**: Collaborate with design and production teams to plan and schedule production runs based on demand forecasts and sales orders.

2. **Supplier Coordination**: Source and liaise with suppliers for materials, components, and production facilities. Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure timely and cost-effective production.

3. **Order Management**: Receive and process purchase orders, ensuring accurate specifications, quantities, and delivery dates. Coordinate with internal teams to meet order requirements.

4. **Quality Control**: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards. Conduct inspections, address quality issues, and work to improve production efficiency.

5. **Timely Production**: Ensure production runs are completed on schedule, coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines.

6. **Inventory Management**: Maintain appropriate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to avoid shortages or excess stock.

7. **Cost Management**: Track production costs and analyze expenses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

8. **Communication**: Regularly communicate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and logistics, to keep them informed about production progress and potential issues.

9. **Problem Solving**: Address production-related challenges and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.

10. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate production records, including purchase orders, production schedules, quality reports, and inventory data.

11. **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to production, quality, and safety.

12. **Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

13. **Reporting**: Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
