Job Description: As a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer-controlled machinery to produce high-quality precision components. Your primary duties will include setting up the machines, programming them, and monitoring their operation to ensure accurate and efficient production. You will work closely with the production team and follow established procedures to meet quality and productivity standards.

**Responsibilities**:
Set up CNC machines by loading necessary tools, fixtures, and materials.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations and sequences.

Write and modify CNC programs using appropriate software and programming languages.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

Load and unload workpieces into the CNC machine and secure them properly.

Monitor the machining process to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Make necessary adjustments to machine settings and tooling to achieve desired results.

Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality.

Identify and resolve any issues or defects that may arise during the production process.

Collaborate with the production team to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Document production data, including quantities produced, machine performance, and any issues encountered.

Stay updated on advancements in CNC technology and machining techniques.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance production capabilities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
