**Key Responsibilities**:_
- _**Administrative Support**:_ _Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and handling correspondence._
- _**Scheduling**:_ _Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain calendars for management and staff._
- _**Data Entry**:_ _Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data collection. Input and update data in databases or spreadsheets as needed._
- _**Document Management**:_ _Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality._
- _**Travel Coordination**:_ _Make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as required._
- _**Event Coordination**:_ _Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences._
- _**Vendor Management**:_ _Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Process invoices and expense reports._
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
