**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with engineering teams to develop rules & guidelines surrounding documentation standards.
- Communicate & train personnel regarding internal standards.
- Identify deficiencies in documentation practices and develop proposals to rectify.
- Develop onboarding materials to facilitate training of new hires to company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of documentation workflows & processes.
- Engagement in design documentation migrations.
- Supporting user training sessions when needed.
- Create and manage projects in SAP.
- Communicate changes to relevant groups regarding project modifications.
- Ability to work from roughly 07:00 - 15:00 Eastern UTC time (12:30 - 20:30 IST)

**Qualifications/Education/Technical Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of documentation experience.

OR
- Associate degree and 4 years of documentation experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Self-driven with ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Established understanding of engineering documentation control.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to Engineering drawing standards and practices.
- Exposure to CAD platforms (SolidWorks, Altium, ProE etc.)
- Exposure to SAP / PDM

**Travel Requirements**
- Limited global site travel required.
