We are seeking a Quality Auditor to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (calls) for adherence to quality standards and client requirements

Provide timely and accurate feedback to agents and managers on performance and areas for improvement

Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of issues and recommend solutions

Conduct regular audits of processes, systems, and tools to ensure compliance with quality standards

Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and to implement best practices

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance

**Requirements**:
Experience in a BPO or Call Centre will be preferred.

- US shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dehra Dun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
