**Job Description: WordPress Web Designer**

We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer with expertise in WordPress to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality websites that enhance our online presence and provide an excellent user experience.

**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites using WordPress.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet the specific needs of clients and projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure the website aligns with branding and marketing objectives.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
- Conduct website testing and debugging to ensure functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices.
- Maintain and update existing WordPress websites, including content updates, plugin management, and security enhancements.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and team members as needed.
- Participate in project planning and provide estimates for design and development tasks.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
- Proficiency in WordPress, including theme and plugin customization.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and prototyping tools like Sketch or Figma.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot website issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in web design, particularly with WordPress.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and developing websites that are visually appealing and functional.
- Experience with website optimization techniques and tools.
- Strong knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Location**: Ranjit Avenue, D-Block, Amritsar

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Pay**: 10,000- 15,000.00 per month

**Schedule**:

- Day shift

**Supplemental pay types**:

- Yearly bonus
