**About the Team**

**About the Position**
- Project Coordinators at Solifi organize delivery of projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The Project Coordinator leads and monitors multiple small projects from inception through acceptance using approved Solifi delivery methodologies.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- The Project Coordinator will:

- Manage assigned projects in accordance with the Statement of Work; project planning includes incorporating resource plans, communication plans, and timelines
- Secure purchase orders for projects from customers before work commences
- Work with resource managers to secure allocation of appropriate resources
- Maintain accurate resource booking information, ensure timesheet entries are correct and produce invoices on time
- Ensure that projects remain on schedule and within scope and budget and prepare and deliver change requests when appropriate
- Monitor project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members
- Effectively analyse and develop mitigation plans for any significant potential risks
- Develop and deliver required status reports, including project financials

The Project Coordinator serves as a liaison between the company and the customer on assigned projects to ensure that Statement of Work is fulfilled. The Project Coordinator will:

- Establish a strong working relationship with each customer based on clear expectation-setting and mutual trust building
- Ensure that customer business objectives are well understood by the assigned consultants
- Keep appropriate Solifi and customer personnel well informed of project progress
- Provide Solifi management with forewarning of potential or actual escalations and serve as the initial point of contact for any customer escalations
- Disseminate information on any problems, potential delays, or other risks

**About You**
- Have a BS/BA degree in a business/finance or IT discipline or equivalent work experience
- Be a dedicated professional, concerned with problems that have a direct and important effect on business programs and results
- Possess good business acumen - a keenness and quickness in understanding and dealing with a business situation in a manner that is likely to lead to a good outcome

Knowledge and Skills:

- Attention to detail in written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills to act effectively as a liaison between Solifi and customers
- Strong analytical/financial skills, especially budget tracking and reporting
- Fluency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a must
- Experience with Jira, MS Project and enterprise planning tools preferred
- Good understanding of how own area/team contributes to work unit’s success; recognizes wider business implications of decisions/actions
- Troubleshooting skills for resolving complex problems

Teamwork and Leadership:

- World-class organizational skills and the ability to track and prioritize multiple tasks at any given time
- Ability to plan and organize own workload / resources and that of others to ensure responsibilities and commitments are performed to agreed-upon standards and timelines
- Eagerness to engage in continuous improvement of IDS business practices and customer outcomes
- Comfortable chairing internal meetings
