We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales professional who has a proven track record of driving sales via online/telephonic medium. This role reports directly to the CEO.

**Job Title: VP Tele Sales in Margao Goa**
**Location: Margao Goa - work from Office**
**Timings: Day Shift**
**Salary: 9LPA - 12LPA**
**Experience:4 years and above in Training Telesales Agents**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Own and deliver sales targets and growth journeys.
- Aggressive monetizing of the Online traffic through calls, CRM.
- Initiating growth hacking ideas and innovation for selling through phone channel
- Managing call center operations - telephony, people, recruiting, training, quality & customer care
- Running Analytics and CRM to grow the channel using data based intelligence and tools
- Recruiting, training and hiring talented sales professionals, managing incentive plan
- Participating in growth and profitability planning, budgeting and initiatives
- Timely dashboarding and driving sales meetings with the founders/board.
- Will manage and train a team of 25 Telesales Agents directly

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as Telesales Supervisor or VP Level position.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English and Hindi, Additional Local Languages would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; Graduation will be a plus
- 4+years of Experience in Training Telesales Agents
- Languages: English, Hindi + Local Language

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
