**Job Description: Dialysis Technician**

**Location**: Gurgaon, India

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform dialysis procedures following established protocols and under supervision.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response during treatment.
- Maintain dialysis equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Adhere to infection control measures and safety protocols.
- Provide patient education on dialysis procedures and self-care practices.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certification in Dialysis Technology.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of dialysis principles and equipment operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency for recordkeeping.
- Certification as a Dialysis Technician preferred.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment.
- Stamina to stand for extended periods during treatments.

**Working Conditions**:

- Clinical setting in a dialysis center.
- Flexible hours may be required to accommodate patient schedules.

**Salary**: ₹12,205.17 - ₹20,163.69 per month

- Rotational shift
