Specimen Handling: Prepare collected blood samples for laboratory testing, ensuring appropriate storage and transportation to maintain the sample's viability and prevent contamination.
Patient Care: Provide a supportive and empathetic environment for patients during the blood collection process, addressing their concerns and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Equipment Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain phlebotomy equipment, such as needles, tubes, and trays, to ensure their sterility and functionality.
Quality Control: Follow strict quality assurance and quality control procedures to maintain accuracy and precision in blood collection and handling processes.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and standard precautions to minimize the risk of infections or injuries to both patients and themselves.
Communication: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, nurses, and laboratory staff to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless integration of phlebotomy services into the overall healthcare workflow.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
