Documentary Script Writer

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the director, producers, and other team members to conceptualize and develop the script for the documentary.
- Write clear, concise, and compelling scripts in Malayalam that effectively communicate the intended message and engage the audience.
- Ensure accuracy and authenticity in storytelling, adhering to factual integrity and ethical standards.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions throughout the script development process, working closely with the production team to refine the narrative.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging topics, and storytelling techniques to enhance the quality and impact of the documentary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Script Writer, preferably with a focus on documentaries.
- Excellent command of the Malayalam language, with strong writing and editing skills.
- Deep understanding of India's culture, history, societal issues, Politics and International Affairs.
- Proficiency in conducting thorough research and synthesizing information from diverse sources.
- Creative vision and storytelling ability, with a knack for crafting engaging narratives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and factual integrity.
- Prior experience in documentary filmmaking is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
