1.Land Acquisition & Legal Matters pertaining to Land:
- Manage the acquisition of Land (Forest, Revenue and Private) by procurement of critical land through identifying & finding suitable land for different uses, feasibility study, due diligence, demarcation & survey, Purchasing, registration, mutation, etc.
- Supervise all activities of land acquisition and encompass sourcing & site visits, research and matters pertaining to land acquisition. Carrying out valuation, negotiation of land and as well as authentication/verification check of registered land title documents.
- Identification of land survey no., village map, of nearby villages.
- Land MIS, Updating and upkeep of land records, land matters incland-relatedrelated legal matters.
- Documentation, execution of acquisition, Purchase and registration of land, preparation deeds etc. in consultation of advocate.
- Maintain necessary documentary evidence related to Land Cases.
- Arrange public hearings for environmental clearance for PL, ML and other lands.
- Clearance of Government land, Obtain permissions & NOC's under forest conservation Act from Ministry of Environment & Forest (As Applicable).
2.Liaison with the Revenue authority of State and Landowners:
- To deal with the land authorities at District & State Level.
- To negotiate with the land owners.
- Regular visits to Govt. officials at the District Headquarters of District Administration, Revenue department & judiciary at Tehsil HQ- Village & Panchayat.
- Regular visits to land owners and pursue them in nearby villages to purchase required land.
3.Possession of land:
- To maintain smooth and harmonious relations with land losers.
- Ensure smooth possession of purchased and awarded land.
- Coordinate with Govt officials (nearby SHO, Patwari, SDM & Tehsildar etc) and internal departments during the activity of land possession.
- Facilitate relocation and rehabilitation through mutual consent (if required).
4.Legal Matters:
- To attend district courts and High Court in hearing / legal cases related to land matters and present oral and documentary evidence on land matters.
5.People Management:
- Build & sustain a conducive work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity, growth and motivation levels of employees to institutionalize best organizing practices in the unit.
6.System Improvement:
- Coordinate, organize & monitor effective implementation of ISO / EMS / ABE (WCM) systems in the department for improvement of productivity and work area.
7.Safety:
- Integrate safety into work by adopting safety as a way of life. Follow all system and process designed and developed by Group / Business / Unit Timely & regular updating of safety activities, actions & records in MySetu software.
8.Information Security:
- Compliance of Information Security as per Corporate ISMS guideline.

LL.B / B.L.S.
**Minimum Experience Level**:
6-15 Years
