Gift Hampering

**Responsibilities**:

- Curate and choose items for hampers based on seasonal themes, customer preferences, and special occasions.
- Build relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure high-quality products for hampers.
- Keep track of stock levels to ensure all hamper components are available when needed.
- Ensure hampers are beautifully and professionally packaged, maintaining consistency with brand standards.
- Handle special requests for custom hampers, especially for corporate clients and events, ensuring unique and personalized designs.
- Set the pricing for gift hampers, taking into account the cost of products, market demand, and competitor prices.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to promote hampers, especially during peak gifting seasons like holidays.
- Oversee the entire process of receiving, packing, and shipping orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Regularly check the quality of products and packaging to ensure that everything meets the company’s high standards.
- Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and product trends, providing regular reports to management.
