**Position**: Machine operator - Weinig Moulder

**Location**: Bilaspur Haryana

**Overview**:
We are looking for a Weinig Moulder Machine Operator who can ensure production of high quality wooden wall panels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate the Weinig moulder machine.
- Interpret technical drawings and work orders to determine machine setup requirements.
- Install appropriate tooling, cutterheads, and knives for specific wood products.
- Adjust machine settings for precise cuts and dimensions.
- Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment for consistent machining.
- Monitor machine operations and address issues promptly.
- Perform regular quality checks on finished products.
- Maintain machine through routine maintenance and cleaning.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform minor repairs.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize production schedules.
- Provide guidance to junior operators, as needed.

As a Weinig Moulder Operator, your attention to detail, technical expertise, and ability to operate and maintain the machine effectively will contribute to the efficient production of high-quality wood products.
