Position Overview:
As a Science Faculty member at our coaching institute, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and guidance to students. Your expertise and passion for science will help students develop a strong foundation in scientific concepts and critical thinking skills necessary for their academic success.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare and deliver engaging and interactive science classes to students, covering topics such as physics, chemistry, and biology.
2. Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum and exam requirements.
3. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
4. Provide individualized attention and guidance to students, addressing their academic needs and challenges.
5. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
6. Deliver feedback and constructive criticism to students to help them enhance their understanding and performance.
7. Stay updated with the latest scientific developments, educational trends, and exam patterns to ensure the delivery of relevant and effective instruction.
8. Assist in the development and improvement of study materials, question banks, and other educational resources.
9. Collaborate with fellow faculty members to share best practices, discuss teaching strategies, and contribute to curriculum development.
10. Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
2. Prior teaching experience in a coaching institute, school, or educational institution is preferred.
3. Strong command of scientific concepts and the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and build positive relationships.
5. Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students succeed academically.
6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
7. Proficiency in using educational technology and multimedia resources to enhance teaching and learning.
8. Familiarity with competitive exam patterns and requirements will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
