**Job Summary**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Curriculum Development:

- Develop and update training modules and curricula for CNC Control, Machine Operations, and CNC Programming, CNC Metal cutting, CNC Machine Tending Automation and allied accessories and tools.
- Create hands-on exercises, case studies, and projects to facilitate effective learning.

2. Training Delivery:

- Ensure that training programs align with industry best practices and standards.

3. Practical Instruction:

- Provide hands-on training in CNC machine operation, setup, and maintenance.
- Instruct students in CNC programming languages and toolpath creation.

4. Assessment and Evaluation:

- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and proficiency.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and support their skill development.

5. Resource Management:

- Interface with the workshop team and ensure training equipment, CNC machines, and related tools are in working condition.
- Ensure the availability of necessary training materials and resources.

6. Safety and Compliance:

- Emphasize and enforce safety practices in CNC machining and programming.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe training environment.

7. Industry Engagement:

- Stay updated with industry advancements and technologies related to CNC control and programming.
- Collaborate with industry experts and professionals for insights and knowledge sharing.

8. Student Guidance:

- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, including career advice and job placement support.

9. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes and student achievements.

1. A Diploma with a minimum of 12 years of experience or a bachelor's engineering degree with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in CNC machining, control systems, and programming.

2. At least 4-5 years of experience in teaching/training.

3. Proficiency in operating various CNC machines, including setup, tool changes, and material handling, and machine tending automation.

4. Mastery of CNC programming languages, such as G-code and M-code, and the ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs.

5. Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software for creating and simulating CNC programs

6. Skill in setting up CNC machines, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting machine issues.

7. Knowledge of selecting appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and toolpath optimization for CNC machining

8. Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

9. Capacity to design training programs, modules, and course materials tailored to the needs of the learners.

10. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address issues related to CNC machine control, programming, and machining processes.

12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

13. Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
