**Editing Footage**:

- Edit raw footage to create compelling and cohesive video content, ensuring visual and audio continuity.
- Cut, trim, and arrange clips to improve pacing and storytelling.
- **Adding Visual Effects and Transitions**:

- Incorporate visual effects, transitions, and graphics to enhance the overall quality and impact of the video.
- **Audio Editing**:

- Adjust and synchronize audio tracks, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to create a balanced and immersive audio experience.
- Remove background noise and enhance audio clarity as needed.
- **Storyboarding and Script Review**:

- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand the vision and objectives of the video project.
- Review scripts and storyboards to ensure alignment with the intended narrative and visual style.
- **Motion Graphics and Animation**:

- Create motion graphics, animations, and titles to complement and enhance the video content.
- Integrate animated elements seamlessly into the video to convey information or enhance storytelling.
- **File Management and Organization**:

- Organize and manage project files, including footage, audio files, and graphics, in a structured and efficient manner.
- Maintain version control and backup files to prevent data loss and ensure project continuity.
- **Collaboration and Feedback**:

- Work closely with directors, producers, and other stakeholders to incorporate feedback and revisions into the final video.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- **Quality Control**:

- Review the final video for technical errors, visual inconsistencies, and audio issues before delivery.
- Ensure that the video meets quality standards and specifications for distribution across various platforms.
- **Staying Updated with Industry Trends**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies related to video editing and post-production.
- Continuously expand skills and knowledge through training, workshops, and self-directed learning.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Understanding Project Requirements**:

- Review project briefs, scripts, and creative briefs to understand the objectives, audience, and visual style requirements of each project.
- **Creative Input**:

- Provide creative input and suggestions for enhancing the visual storytelling and overall production quality of the video.
- **Timely Delivery**:

- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality video content on time.
- **Client Communication**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their feedback and preferences, incorporating revisions as necessary to meet their expectations.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, as well as other relevant tools for motion graphics and animation.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Pay close attention to detail when editing videos, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements.
- **Creativity and Innovation**:

- Explore creative solutions and innovative techniques to push the boundaries of video editing and storytelling.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate effectively with other members of the production team, including videographers, sound engineers, and motion graphics artists, to achieve the desired outcome for the project.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and post-production.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 11 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
