Guest Relation Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a Guest Relation Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience at our establishment. You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome
- Handle guest complaints, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all guest information is up-to-date
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled, including arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations.
- Provide information about the establishment and surrounding areas, including local attractions, events, and restaurants
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated
- Ensure all guest areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues at all levels
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain complete and accurate guest records
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and restaurants, as well as the ability to provide accurate and helpful recommendations to guests
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
