Kochi, India Future Leap PMC OPC Private Limited Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior architects and team members in developing architectural design concepts.
- Assist in creating detailed technical drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD and other software tools.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of design proposals through 2D and 3D visualizations.
- Participate in design discussions and provide input on spatial planning and material selection.
- Research building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards to ensure compliance in design projects.
- Assist in conducting site visits and assessments to gather information for project planning.
- Generate realistic renderings and visualizations using Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Prepare presentations and documentation for clients and internal reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate engineering, structural, and environmental considerations into designs.
- Contribute to the overall design process and participate in team brainstorming sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an architectural firm or related field.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
- Creative thinking and visualization skills, with the ability to express design concepts effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
