We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Pune. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in various tasks to help promote our products/services, engage with customers, and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and preferences
- Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
- Help manage social media accounts and engage with followers
- Support the planning and coordination of marketing events and promotions
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role (fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework will also be considered)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, Google Analytics) is a plus
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
