Responsibilities:
Job Description Junior Graphic designer
Design eye-catching and impactful graphics for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create compelling visual content, including images, infographics, banners, and videos, that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into effective visual designs.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, design best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our graphics are relevant and engaging.
Optimize graphics for different social media platforms and monitor their performance to make data-driven improvements.
Work closely with copywriters and content creators to integrate visuals seamlessly into social media posts and campaigns.
Maintain a consistent brand identity across all social media channels through thoughtful and cohesive design choices.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social media.
Strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills and previous work in social media graphics.
Knowledge of social media platforms, their specific design requirements, and best practices.
Understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and other design principles.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, take feedback constructively, and adapt designs based on project requirements.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
