**Responsibilities**:
- An amenity which creates and preserves strong relationships with learners, or members of their team. They do this through active and engaged responses and consultation.
- Day-to-day responsibilities, such as creating and maintaining positive relationships with learners, fulfilling their needs and identifying opportunities for new relations and growth.
- Should have an understanding of the company's products and services.
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Approach potential learners to establish relationships.
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
- Aim to preserve learners and renew contracts.
- Scheduling meetings with the learners for the Payment or EMI process.
- Tracking and sharing the EMI/payment data with management.
- Ready to work on rotational shifts and adapt to flexible working hours.
- To identify various payment modes by doing market analysis.
- Building good rapport with the financial vendors.
- Acting as mediators between the vendor and the learner to get the final disbursal.
- Tracking and maintaining of the transaction document.
**Skills**:
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Teamwork
- Aptitude for nurturing positive relationships.
**Job Type**: Internship
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
