Job Responsibilities:

1. Cultivate meaningful connections with potential clients to create and expand business opportunities.
2. Educate customers on available properties, ensuring a clear understanding of features and benefits.
3. Uphold Bullmen Realty's brand by adhering to service standards and company policies.
4. Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Proactively initiate contact with leads provided by the company.
6. Strengthen relationships with channel partners through both in-person and phone interactions.
7. Reach out to prospective clients to identify and pursue new business prospects.
8. Conduct thorough client meetings to analyse needs and preferences.
9. Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
10. Successfully close sales transactions and submit relevant documentation to sellers.
11. Embrace and embody the company's core values and objectives.
12. Provide regular sales activity reports to senior management, along with proactive sales strategies to achieve set targets.
13. Potentially manage key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
14. Monitor, compile, and analyse sales data for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Noida real estate market.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in negotiation and closing techniques.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
