- Provide guidance and support to technicians in the field.
- Ensure that all pest control services meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections of completed jobs.
- Maintain inventory of pest control products and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
- Stay updated on the latest pest control techniques and products.
- Assist technicians in identifying pests and determining appropriate treatment methods.
- Develop and update treatment plans and protocols.
- Ensure that the business operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain necessary licenses and permits for pest control operations.
- Keep records of pesticide usage and safety protocols.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect technicians and customers.
- Monitor and manage the budget for pest control operations.
- Track expenses and revenue for pest control operations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating strategies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Implement new technologies or practices to enhance operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to help technicians grow in their roles.
- Setting and achieving the branch’s business goals
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
- Ensuring the branch runs smoothly and adheres to organization’s policies
- Preparing and managing the branch’s budget
- Nurturing relationships with customers, vendors and the community
- Making managerial and financial decisions on behalf of the branch
- Maintaining equipment and supply inventories
- Managing company finance and allocate funds appropriately
- Overseeing all activities to ensure the company is adhering to industry best practices and company policy
**Salary**: ₹10,946.57 - ₹30,000.00 per month
