Lecturer Paramedical

Lecturer and Tutor for DMLT, DRT, DOT, and DOTT

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering engaging lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials to students enrolled in DMLT, DRT, DOT, and DOTT programs.
- Developing course curriculum, lesson plans, and educational materials to ensure effective teaching and learning outcomes.
- Conducting assessments, examinations, and evaluations to measure student progress and achievement.
- Providing academic guidance, mentorship, and support to students to enhance their learning experience and academic success.
- Collaborating with colleagues and academic staff to contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the paramedical department.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree/ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field (e.g., Medical Laboratory Technology, Radiography, Operation Theatre Technology, Optometry) from a recognized institution.
- Relevant teaching experience in paramedical education or healthcare sector preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and student needs.
